Acer takes 15.6-inch notebooks with AMD CPUs

Acer presents the Aspire 5553 series before a series of 15.6-inch notebook based on AMD’s new notebook platform Danube. The devices are available now with prices starting at 799 €.
The CPU Phenom II, Turion or Athlon II-II chips are used in conjunction with the M880G chipset used.
